Elizabeth "Betty" Griffin, 99, of Macon, died Monday, December 21, 2020.
A graveside service will be held Thursday, December 31, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. at Liberty United Methodist Church Cemetery with the Reverend Scott Dickison officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to First Baptist Church, 511 High Place, Macon, GA 31201.
Daughter of the late Terrell Grady Presley and Eva Louise Hughes Presley, Mrs. Griffin was a long-time resident of Magnolia Manor before moving to Lynn Haven.
She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Macon and worked for many years for Burns Brick Company. She was a member of Bibb Professional Women (BPW).
Mrs. Griffin was preceded in death by her husband, Murray Lamar Griffin, and daughter, Martha Louise Marshall (1949-2015).
Mrs. Griffin is survived by her daughter, Murriel Graham of Acworth, Georgia; grandchildren, Kimberly Meeks (Toby) of Haddock, Georgia, Kevin Marshall (Jennifer) of Bogart, Georgia, and Keith Marshall (Shelly) of Gray, Georgia; great-grandchildren, Marisa Winget, Bailey Meeks, Lily Marshall, Layden Marshall, and Layla Marshall; brothers, Bobby W. Presley and Lee A. Presley.
