Earl P. Anderson (Bud), age 78 passed away peacefully to heaven on January 24, 2021, with his four children by his side after spending three weeks at Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital battling lung damage resulting from Covid. He was born January 22, 1943 to Earl W. Anderson and Dorothy Shirley Moe-Vaag-Iverson, in Ashland, WI.

Earl attended Ashland High School until October 1960, then graduated in June 1961 from Chisholm Senior High, Chisholm, Minnesota. After working two years in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Earl enlisted in the U.S. Army on February 27, 1963 and was honorably discharged at the rank of Sgt. E-5 on February 27, 1966.

Earl retired from the Milwaukee County Sheriff's Department in 2003 and then moved to Dousman, Wisconsin. Earl enjoyed spending time with his yellow lab, "Lady", summers camping and fishing and going out to eat at restaurants with friends.

Earl is survived by his four children Loni Vander Stel (Norman), David E. Anderson, Diane Brasfield, Danielle Zabel (George), 21 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, dearest of friends Rick and Dawn Weber, brothers Michael and Roger and sister Linda Tabor (Richard). He was preceded in death by his parents, Earl and Dorothy, stepfather Loren, brother Gary, grandchildren Angela and Matthew Vander Stel and his grandparents.

Graveside services were held at Arlington Park Cemetery, 4141 South 27th Street, Greenfield, WI 54221 (Maple Grove section, North Side) on Thursday, January 28, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. with military honors. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Humane Society of your choosing, in memory of Earl.
