Cynthia L. Montgomery Bell, 63, of Kansas City, Missouri passed away January 21, 2021. She was preceded in death by her mother, Darlene Behee Montgomery, and her first husband, Raymond Bell. She is survived by her father John Montgomery, brother John Montgomery, Jr., second husband Todd Werts, her daughter and best friend, Apryl Bell McGill and 3 grandchildren.

Cynthia was born May 25, 1957 in Topeka, Kansas. She was incredibly smart, funny and caring. She loved to read and write, and had a love for antiques. She loved storms and should have been a storm chaser or something like that.

She was in a lot of pain for a very long time, now she can run around the wildflowers or fly above the mountains. She is finally free from the restraints in her physical life. We love you.
