Jeffrey James Mullins, age 56, of Shelbiana, KY., passed from this life Saturday, January 23, 2021. Jeffrey was born November 29, 1964 to the late Stallard Leon Mullins and Bernice Blackburn Howell, in Pikeville, KY.
Jeffrey is survived by his loving mother, Bernice Howell, her husband, Noble; loving companion, Wada M. Robinson; son, J.D. Mullins and his wife, Brandy; step daughter, Hannah Robinson; sister, Sharlene Huffman and her husband, Randall; step sisters, Jamessa Scott, Lisa Kidd, and Sherry Howell; niece, Jessica Huffman; grandchildren, Trenton Mullins, Ethan Mullins, and Matthew Mullins; special aunts, Brenda Bentley and Darlene Blackburn; special cousins, Missy Taylor and Katelyn Ferran; special nieces, Kendall Stiltner “Hot Mess” and Kenzi Stiltner “Little Red”; like brothers, William Adkins and Gregory Napier.
Jeffrey will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
The family will accept friend at Thacker Memorial Funeral Home, Wednesday, January 27, 2021 from 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM with services beginning at 7:00 PM. Funeral services for Jeffrey will be Thursday, January 28, 2021 beginning at 1:00 PM with burial following at the Potter Cemetery. Frankie Bryant will officiate all services for Jeffrey.
