Howard M. Flynn, age 85 of Parkville passed away on March 4, 2014. A son of the late Guy and Ruby (Funkhouser) Flynn; beloved husband of Jean F. (Morgan) Flynn; loving father of Deborah Lemons and husband Kendall of Parkville, Cheryl Flynn Raffauf and husband Jeff of Sinking Spring, PA, Carole Brooks and husband Greg of Nottingham and the late Mark H. Flynn; dear grandfather of Kelly Lemons, Justin Raffauf, Craig Lemons, Andrea Raffauf, Clayton Flynn, Morgan Rogers, Hannah Flynn and Miecz Brooks. Also survived by daughter-in-law Lori Flynn Kudlak of Wheeling, WV and great-granddaughter Charlotte Rogers. Besides his parents and son he was also predeceased by his brother Gordon C. Flynn. He had served in the U.S. Marines and was retired from BGE. Mr. Flynn was a member of the Parkville Legion, was an Elder Emeritus of Aisquith Presbyterian Church and had served on the Board of the Chesapeake Presbytery PCA.

A funeral service officiated by Rev. Robert E. Bell will be celebrated in Aisquith Presbyterian Church PCA, 7515 Harford Rd, Parkville, 21234 on Saturday at 11am with visitation from 10-11am. Interment in Gardens of Faith with presentation of Marine Honors will follow. In lieu of flowers donations are requested to Aisquith Presbyterian Church.
