Mrs. Jeannie Malinda Sosebee Reid, 59 of Villa Rica, GA passed away, Sunday, January 24, 2021 at Tanner Medical Center in Villa Rica.
She was born March 22, 1961 in Dallas, GA the daughter of Mrs. Birdie Dale Huckeba Sosebee and the late Mr. Thomas Harold Sosebee. She was a homemaker and a member of the Christ First Church of Villa Rica. She enjoyed spending time and working in her yard, putting puzzles together, playing video games and spending time with her family.
Survivors include her husband, Rev. Jimmy Reid of Villa Rica, 3 children, April and Kenny Wilbur of Marietta, Jessica and Ryan McPherson of Villa Rica, and Tony Reid and fiancé,, Crystal Handley of Carrollton, mother, Mrs. Birdie Dale Huckeba Sosebee of Austell, sisters, Debra Hulsey of Austell, and Wanda Sosebee of Dallas, 6 grandchildren, Kayla Milligan, Kristen Milligan, Kiley Reid, Emma McPherson, Blake McPherson, Natalie Handley and Baylee Reid, one great grandchild, Liam Currie and a number of nieces and nephews also survive.
The family will receive friends at J. Collins Funeral Home Tuesday, January 26, 2021 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Funeral Services will be conducted, Wednesday, January, 27, 2021 at 2:00 PM from the Chapel of J. Collins Funeral Home with Rev. Jimmy Reid, Rev. Roger Garrison and Rev. Billy Garrison officiating.
Interment will follow in the Melrose Hill Memorial Park.
