Robert "Crow" Edward Painter, 66, of Glasgow, passed away Monday, Nov. 16, 2020.
Born April 1, 1954, in Rockbridge County, he was the son of Doris Tolley Smith and the late Maurice K. Painter.
Crow loved his family, music, wildlife and his dog, Annie.
He was also preceded in death by his stepfather, Cecil J. Smith, and niece, Phadrae Danielle Carter.
Surviving are his sister, Cindy Painter Layne (Marty); stepbrother, Jackie Smith; and special friend, Laurie Righter.
