Mrs. Veronica Irma Ingram Knight, age 91, of Thomaston, died, Sunday, January 17, 2021, at her residence.

Mrs. Knight was born on September 2, 1929, in Brooklyn, NY, to the late Stephen Ingram, and the late Marion Miller Ingram. She worked as a telephone operator for Bellsouth, and was of the Catholic Faith. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Albert Ernest Knight; brothers, Stephen and Thomas Ingram, sisters, Anna Reddy, and Marion "Peanut" DeGennaro.

Survivors include her daughters, Ronnie McLaughlin of Thomaston, Donna Tonnessen and husband Danny of High Falls, Sandy Knight of Thomaston, sons, Al Steven Knight and late wife Judy of Locust Grove, Bill Knight and wife Robbie of Taylor County, grandchildren, Andrea, Jackie, Michael, Staceyand husband Rick, Rich and wife Donna, Keith and wife Rhonda, Michele, Dan, Heather, Matthew, 15 great-grandchildren, and 9 great-great-grandchildren.

Memorial services will be held on, Friday, January 22, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. from the Chapel of Coggins Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Friday, January 22, 2021 from 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. from Coggins Funeral Home.
