Hellam - Tim Smith, 64, of Hellam, Pa, passed away on January 19th, 2021. Tim was born on June 27th 1956 in Windsor, PA. Tim was the son of the late Henry A Smith, and late Margaret (Heffner) Smith. Tim was survived by his wife of 27 years, Dorene. Tim was also survived by his brother Jan Smith of Parkesburg, PA, and sister Karen (Smith) Stickles of Florida. Also by his daughters Bethani (Smith) Dacheux and Emily Smith, Amanda Anderson, Erin Sulham, and Carrie Zentiska and sons Ashley Smith, Roman Smith, Chad Smith and Rory Gohn all of York, PA. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren.
Tim graduated from Red Lion High School in 1974 went directly into the US Army serving 3 years as a Military Police Officer. He then served 38 years at York County Prison. Retiring in 2017. Tim enjoyed his retirement life riding his motorcycle and enjoying life on the farm taking care of chickens and horses with his wife Dorene.
Tim passed away in his home around his loving family members on January 19th.
