Kerry Stephen Lynch, 59, of Blue Springs, MS, passed away on January 20, 2021.

Kerry was preceded by his parents Warren and Esther. He is survived by his three brothers, Shaun, Rory, and Darren, and his loving wife Brenda Kay Lynch.

After graduating from Poway High School he started into a long career of construction. When Brenda entered his life, he was hooked, relocating to her home state of Mississippi where they were married. He brought a much needed, and appreciated sense of humor and love for life to Brenda and all around him. He genuinely loved, guided, and mentored people from all walks of life.

Kerry was an incredibly gifted musician and songwriter, giving his gift to the community via a wide variety of services: playing guitar and singing in the church group, funeral services, Christmas carolling, various fairs, and lots of gatherings with friends. He was an avid Civil War History buff, and seeker of artifacts, using his metal detector to decorate the walls of his garage. His ever-present sense of humor made him the life of the party, no matter what party he was attending.

A mass, dedicated to Kerry, will be held on Saturday January 23, 2021 at 1:00 PM. The mass will be at St. Francis of Anassizi in New Albany, MS. A funeral service will be held at a later date.
