Charlene Winford Ruff, age 89, of Center Ridge, Arkansas, passed away Thursday, January 21, 2021. She was born September 17, 1931 in Center Ridge, Arkansas, a daughter of Ernie Winford and Laura Edna Hill Winford. Charlene was the widow of Wayland “Tuffy” Ruff. She was a homemaker and member of Center Ridge Church of Christ.
She is survived by her son, Ralph (Nancy) Ruff, Jr. of Center Ridge; six grandsons, Chris (Cynthia) Ruff of St. Vincent, Kevin Ruff of Elkins, Arkansas, Jimmy Loyd of Center Ridge, David (Shelly) Loyd of Bee Branch, Scotty Loyd of Plumerville, and Michael Loyd of Canon City, Colorado; twelve great grandchildren; and three great great grandchildren.
Graveside services will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 26, at Center Ridge Cemetery with Bro. Harold Bryant officiating.
