Charlotte (SamiJo) De’Onne Phillips Miller, 66, of Point Harbor, NC died Thursday, January 14, 2021, at her home.
Born in Rapid City, SD on June 3, 1954, she was the daughter of Nelda Ann Bentley Phillips and Kenneth Eugene Phillips.
Charlotte is survived by her husband, Donald Alan Cunningham, Jr.; two sisters; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. She was preceded in death by two sons, Isaac Thomas Barrett II and Joshua Gray James Kelly.
SamiJo loved birdwatching and gardening; in particular, she loved watching and photographing the hummingbirds.
In keeping with her wishes, there will be no service at this time.
