William Sam Key, age 76 of Canton, GA passed away January 20, 2021 at Northside Hospital Cherokee. Funeral services were held at Canton First Baptist with Rev. Randy Brooks and Dr. George Anderson officiating. Interment followed at Green Lawn Cemetery.

He was preceded in death by his daughter Kimberly Payne and granddaughter Samantha Paxton Survivors include his wife Winnie L. "Toni" Key; sons David Key and Fred S. McClure, Jr.; daughters Michelle Rouse, Shannon Freeman, Pamelia Pressly and Penny Trotti; brothers Robert Key, Tommy Key, Paul Key, Kenneth Key, Wayne Key and Randall Key; sisters Carolyn Humphries, Katherine Smith, Jeanette Greenwood and JoAnn Light; grandchildren; great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Flowers were accepted or donations can be made to the Canton First Baptist Church for retirement of debt in his memory. (1 Mission Point, Canton, Ga. 30114) South Canton Funeral Home, dedicated to the families we serve.
