Mary Jane Lynch, 72, Raytown, a former teacher, died Nov. 15, 1992, at St. Joseph Health Center. Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church; burial in Mount Olivet Cemetery, Raytown. Friends may call from 6:30 to 8 p.m. today at the church, where the rosary will be said at 7 p.m. The family requests no flowers and suggests contributions to Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic School.
Mrs. Lynch taught third grade at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic School for 22 years, retiring in 1986. She received her teaching certificate from Avila College. She was a member of the church. She was a lifelong area resident.
Survivors include her husband, Michael James Lynch of the home; three sons, Michael Joseph Lynch, Kansas City, Thomas Patrick Lynch, Dallas, and Timothy James Lynch, Raytown; a sister, Helen L. Eimer of the home; five grandchildren; and a great-grandson.
