Billy Wayne Hill, age 61 of Kenton, Tennessee, passed away from this life on Sunday, January 17, 2021. Funeral services for Mr. Hill will be conducted on Friday, January 22, 2021 at 2:00 pm in the Rutherford chapel of Karnes & Son Funeral Home with Bro. Michael Crandall officiating. Interment will follow in Walnut Grove Cemetery in Kenton.
He was born April 2, 1959 in Dyer, TN; the son of the late Odie & Margaret Lucille Turnbow Hill. He was self-employed, enjoyed hunting deer and duck, and was member of Walnut Grove Baptist Church.
He is survived by two children, Sharon White (Jason), Timothy Hill (DeLea); siblings, Lois Carson, Ronnie Hill, Charles Hill, Judy Hill, Gladys Faulkner; and seven grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, and siblings, Brenda Hundley, and Robert Hill.
Pallbearers will be Justin White, Jason Hill, Kevin Hill, Phillip Hill, Thomas Crandall, and Nick Smith.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm on Thursday, January 21, 2021 at the Rutherford chapel of Karnes & Son Funeral Home. Mask and social distancing are required as mandated by the CDC requirements. Karnes & Son Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Mr. Billy Wayne Hill.
