LINDA PECK
Linda Louise Peck, age 79, of Latham, Missouri, passed away, Monday, January 18, 2021 at her daughter’s home in Dallas, Texas.
She was born January 3, 1942 in Latham, Missouri, a daughter of Charles Lancaster and Lois Ladine (Kelsay) McBroom.
Linda was raised in Latham, Missouri and was a graduate of Tipton High School in the class of 1959. She lived for a short time in Kentucky and later settled in Dallas, Texas. She worked as a bookkeeper for Restland Funeral Home and was a nanny for several years for Evan and Cole Sadler. In 2002, she retired to Latham to live out her days in her home town.
She was a faithful member of Hopewell Union Church in Barnett, Missouri. In her spare time, she enjoyed traveling as much as possible, was an avid reader and enjoyed canning. Most of all, time spent with her family was precious to her.
Survivors include her daughter, Robbin Peck of Dallas, Texas; a daughter-in-law, Diane Peck of Anchorage, Alaska; a brother, Larry McBroom of Latham, Missouri and a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a son, Randall Peck.
A private graveside service will be held at Hopewell Cemetery. A public celebration of life will be held at a later date.
