Mary Louise Pfisterer, 93, of Louisville, KY passed away on January 21, 2021. She was born on November 2, 1927 in New Albany, Indiana to the late Charles Mock and Daisy Durham Mock.

She is also preceded in death by her husband, William “Bill” Pfisterer; brothers, Everett, Lawrence and Orion Mock.

Mary was a graduate of New Albany High School, she then received her Bachelor’s Degree from William & Mary College. Mary was a member of Fern Creek United Methodist Church, where she sang in the choir for many years. She enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles, sewing and most of all spending time with her family.

Here to cherish Mary’s memory are her children, Ruthe Holmberg (Jim), Alan Pfisterer (Jean Ann); grandchildren, Elise Buck (Garrett), Aaron Holmberg, Emily Albright (Lewis), Sam Pfisterer, Griffin Pfisterer, Nathan Edwards and Kelsey Dommell (Dan); great-grandchildren, Leo & Lucy Buck and Shelby Jo Pfisterer.

We will be having a virtual service in honor of Mary, on Tuesday, January 26, 2021 at 12 noon. Visit our Facebook page “Arch L. Heady at Resthaven”, and ‘like’ the page, and you will receive a notification at 12 noon when the service begins streaming. Mary will be laid to rest at Resthaven Memorial Park.
