Lloyd Allen Cooper, Jr. age 73, of West Carrollton, Ohio was called home to rest on Tuesday, November 17th, 2020. Born in Dayton, Ohio on May 14th, 1947 he was a West Carrollton High School graduate and a United States Army Veteran. He was a lock smith by trade whose love was his family, friends, singing, hunting, gardening, cooking, and football. He was a proud member of the Miamisburg Moose and The American Legion. Lloyd was always there with his arms and heart wide open for anyone who needed help. He was always proud to talk about his 3 daughters and 6 grandchildren (a great-grandchild on the way). He could light up any room with his smile, humor, and laughter. Lloyd is survived by his mother Allene Townsend, daughters Michelle Boxer (Marc) , Amber Smith (David), Kimberly "Kimmy" Morris (Scott), grandchildren Michael Riley (Ashlee) , Camille Riley, Joshua Boxer, Brandon Boxer, Kiah Morris , Jordon Boxer, his brother Steven Cooper (Marilyn), sisters Krista Horlacher, Kimberly Curtis (Ron), brothers Robert Cooper (Maria), Michael Cooper (Gil) and multiple nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his Grandparents Oscar & Bertie Mays, father Lloyd Cooper Sr., his stepfather Kenneth Townsend, son Chad Allen Cooper, brother David Cooper, and nephew Steven Cooper Jr. The Cooper girls would like to thank everyone who have reached out to us with their condolences and memories of our cherished dad. There will be a private funeral service at Tobias and a private military burial. We will have a celebration of life for him when the COVID-19 pandemic is over and restrictions lifted.
