Gail Patricia May
June 19, 1945 - January 4, 2021

On January 4, 2021, Gail May passed away surrounded by her loved ones. Gail graduated from Balboa High School in San Francisco and Evergreen Valley College in San Jose. She worked for Kaiser Permanente-Santa Teresa for over 20 years.

Gail's most prized possession was her family. She always looked forward to their frequent BBQing and swimming get-togethers, and especially loved the late-night game time that frequently followed. She was an avid reader and seamstress, and sharing her skills in swimming or sewing with her grandchildren brought her great joy.

Over the years, Gail and her husband, Marion traveled to various areas of the world. She loved all the travel & camping adventures she took with her husband and children. She often shared memories of their travels to Tahiti, Alaska, and Hawaii as these were some of her favorite places they traveled.

Gail was a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church in Fresno and previously Oakhurst Lutheran Church.

She is survived by her husband of 57+ years Marion, and their 3 children; Greg (Debbie), Diana, and Nancy, her sister Peggy, 9 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren, along with many cousins, nieces, and nephews.

She will be deeply missed by all that knew her. As a family, we know she is at peace with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Services are pending at this time due to Covid-19 restrictions. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her honor at Redeemer Lutheran Church, 1084 West Bullard Avenue, Fresno, CA 93711
