Don Enoch Peterson, 47, passed away on Thursday, February 20, 2020 in Salt Lake City, Utah and returned home to his Heavenly Father. He was born to Keith and Shauna Harvey Peterson of Washington, Utah and was the youngest of five children raised in Taylorsville, Utah.
Don graduated from Taylorsville High and received a scholarship to attend culinary school. He served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Louisiana and he pursued many interests and talents in his life.
He was married to Leanne Griffiths and they soon divorced. He later married Andrea Campbell in December 2002 and they had one son, Matthew. Don and Andrea divorced. He later married Kim Rader of West Valley in Brigham City on May 5, 2018 and has since divorced.
Don is survived by a son, Matthew Campbell of Kearns, Utah, his parents Keith and Shauna Harvey Peterson, his siblings, Richard (Darlene) Peterson of West Valley, Utah, and Christine (Frederick) Orgill of Lehi, Utah, Mark (Cindy) Peterson of Winter Garden, Florida, and Bonnie Carlsen (Byron Arrington) of Taylorsville, Utah. Don had many nieces and nephews and was also a great-uncle.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents; Enoch and Mary Hansen Peterson, Margaret Stone Peterson, Raphael Anderson Harvey and Sarah Rebecca Hawkins.
A viewing will be held Thursday, March 12, 2020 from 4:30 PM to 5:15 PM at Wing Mortuary, 118 East Main Street in Lehi, Utah. Funeral services will follow the viewing at 5:30 PM at the Mortuary. He will be buried the following day, Friday, March 13, 2020 at 11:00 AM in the Tooele City Cemetery, 361 South 100 East.
