Tom was born on August 23, 1930 in St. Paul, Minn. He was a disabled Navy veteran, a master mason and a Shriner, a Little league baseball manager and an extra in movies, TV series and commercials. His greatest joys were his marriage to his wife, his three children and just being with people. Hobbies are wood carving, growing and arranging flowers, showing dogs, cats and collecting Coke and M&M memorabilia.
Survivors include three children, Jeffrey Palmer, Jean Gleim and Susan House.
He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Norma K. Palmer.
