Surviving, are daughter Rose (Addison) Clawson, husband of Barry Clawson; Carleton. Brother of La Vern Witto of Lake Linden, Michigan. Grandfather of Ronald Kraus, Rhonda Kraus, Matthew Clawson and Daniel Clawson. Great grandfather of Colin Kraus and Jacquelyn Kraus.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Alice (Rada) Addison, daughter Jacquelyn (Addison) Kraus, sister Rosemarie (Addison) Hines and parents Marie (Jantovsky) and John F. Addison II.
