Gail Ann Wilson age 58 of Olney passed away Saturday, January 16, 2021 at Carle Foundation Hospital, Urbana, Illinois.

Gail was born on September 6, 1962 in Albany, Oregon the daughter of Uel and Audrey (Casey) Marshall. On April 22, 1986, Gail married Gary D. Wilson. He preceded her in death on February 28, 2013. For many years, Gail worked at the Newton IGA as the bakery manager and cake decorator.

Gail was a member of the Scott Avenue Christian Church, the Classy Lassies chapter of the Red Hat Society and served as secretary of the Embarras River Tourism Council. In her free time, Gail enjoyed volunteering at the Master’s Hands. She desired to be helpful to others. During the past year, she used her sewing talents to make masks during the pandemic.

She will be loved and remembered by her children Corbette (Jamie) Wilson of Newton and Calyna Horn of Olney; grandchildren Serena, Aidan, and Tristan Seyferth and Laura and Brookelynn Horn; sisters Rhonda (Kevin) Drummonds of San Antonio, TX and Patricia Marshall of Medford, OR.

Her parents and husband Gary preceded her in death.

Cremation rites will be accorded with private family memorial services being held at a later date.
