She was a member of the first graduating class of Bishop Ready High School (1965). She worked for many years as a title clerk for car dealers in Columbus. She was a longtime member of St. Mary Magdalene Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Martha and James Devereaux; daughter, Donna Mackey; stepson, Jim Maxwell; and siblings, JoAnn Dolehanty, and James and Mike Devereaux. She is survived by her husband, James "Fred" Maxwell; children, Debbie and John Mackey; step-children, Traci and Tony Maxwell; grandchildren, Justin Mackey, Chelsea (Shawn) Beasy, Madi Johnston, and Lauren Dunn; great grandchildren, Jocelyn, Brayden, Braxton, and Oaklynn; and siblings, Mary Lancia, Pat Devintz, Kay Shearn, and Rose Harris.
