Jennifer was born in Hazard, Kentucky the daughter of the late Thomas J. Collett and the late Agnes Couch Kovacs. Other than her parents Jennifer was also preceded in death by her Husband, Donald Goins; and Sister, Janet Knowland. Jennifer was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witness for 50 years. Jennifer loved living life and spending time with her children and Grandchildren.

Funeral Services for Jennifer Jean Goins will be conducted on Thursday, January 21, 2021 at 1:00 P.M. at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home and will be streamed via Zoom with Randy Way officiating. The Interment will follow in the Resthaven Cemetery at Jeff, Kentucky.
