Jennifer Joan Campbell, 48, passed away on January 2, 2021. She was born in Corpus Christi, Texas to Michael and Joyce Sheen. She attended Texas A&M University - Corpus Christi.

Jennifer married the love of her life, Clay Campbell, in 2002. They welcomed their pride and joy, Caylee, in 2006. Jennifer’s tremendous-sized heart for her family leaves a legacy for all to see. She approached every challenge and every person with immense positivity.

Jennifer’s impeccable beauty could be seen inside and out and that transferred to a fulfilling 25-year career in the beauty industry. She dedicated 12 years to The Day Spa @ Folawn’s as Office Manager. She was described as a “positive, confidant, listener, and encourager” by her team.

She made a lasting impression in her community. She was selfless, deeply kind, and always positive. Nothing brought her greater joy than to support organizations that were close to her and Caylee’s heart. She balanced work and volunteerism with a smile and a giving heart. She brought spirit and a smile everywhere she went.

Jennifer’s most coveted title was mom. She treasured spending time with her daughter and as a family. She leaves an undeniable legacy to her two greatest loves, Caylee and her husband.

Jennifer was diagnosed with Myelodysplastic Syndrome with Myelofibrosis (MDS with MLD), a rare blood cancer. She remained optimistic through chemotherapy, transfusions, and the search for a bone marrow transplant.

On January 2, 2021, Jennifer joined her mother as the Lord welcomed her home.

She is survived by her husband of 18 years, Clay and her 14 year old daughter, Caylee, Her father, Michael Sheen as well as a host of beloved cousins, aunts and uncles.

She is preceded in death and reunited with her mother Joyce Sheen.

To be of service was something Jennifer cared for, the family asks that you support the South Texas Blood Bank by donating blood as well as participating in the Be A Match program..

The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 20, 2021 at Porter Loring Mortuary North.
