Kenneth was born February 17, 1948, and graduated from Odessa High School, this year would have been the 50th class reunion. He also had one year of college. He served in the Navy, doing a tour of duty in Vietnam. Kenneth loved his dogs, playing pool and was an avid fisherman. He retired from the Veterans Administration Medical Center after 22 years of service. He was lead cook in dietetics for several years.
He is survived by his wife and soul mate, Grace Lackey. He is also survived by one brother, Richard Shane Lackey; one granddaughter, Melissa Nicole Luttrull; one grandson, Aaron Martin; one stepdaughter, Veronica Long; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Gary Ewain and Sylvia Ewain of Starrucca, Pennsylvania; a step-grandson, Eric McCall and family; two very good friends, Cliff Skalisky and Rochelle Sebree.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Nicole Ann Luttrull; his parents, W. J. Lackey and Nicole Shane Lackey; and two brothers, Richard and Alan Lackey.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to a favorite Cancer association.
He will be greatly missed.
