Patricia Carol Glover Rice, 72, of Hueytown, passed away January 15, 2021. Patricia grew up in Midfield and graduated from Hueytown High School in 1966. She was an animal lover who raised Dobermans, chow-chows, and shih-tzus. She also had a green thumb and took pride in her garden and plants. She loved photography and worked in the field for over 30 years.
Patricia was preceded in death by her husband Ronald Rice, Sr.; son Roger Dale Sullivan; father James Glover; brother Larry Glover; and sister Jean Johnson. She is survived by her sons Darryl Watson, and Ronald Rice (Crystal Williams); grandchildren Stephanie, DJ, Kaitlyn, Abigail, and Christian; mother Kathleen Glover; brother Tim Glover (Judy); sister Anna Weisz; and various cousins, nieces, and nephews.
The visitation will be Friday, January 22, 2021, from 12:30 PM until 1:30 PM, at Peoples Chapel Funeral Home. The graveside service will be at 2:00 PM at Cedar Hill Cemetery.
