Rev. Jessie Mae Henry, age 81 of Malvern, AR. passed away January 13, 2021 in Arkadelphia, AR. She was born, March 18, 1939 to Jessie Henry and Allie Mae Henry Ollison.

Jessie is preceded in death by her parents, granddaughter; Willie Lecytice Raushana Porter, great nephew; Woodrow Wilkins Frankie Walker.

Jessie Mae was an ambassador for Christ. She was a Minister of the Gospel. She served the Kingdom God with her whole heart. She was a member of Living Water Church of God. Funny story, one time she was so determined to get to church, she drove her car in reverse all the way to church. She said, nothing was keeping her form missing church.

She was also known by Ma Dear, Aunt Tane. She attended Bell High School in Gurdon. She went on to marry Willie Leroy Price in 1960. After that’s marriage she remarried to Woodrow Wilkins. She worked at Weyerhaeuser, Central Bowling and Timberline. She was a workaholic dependable, fruitful worker and would give her last.

She is survived by; her sons, Willie Joe (Gloria) Price, Gregory (Rose) Wilkins, her sisters; Cleo Edwards, Dessie Mae Henry, Mary Bell, Margie Walker, her Brothers; George Henry, Joe Henry, Horrace Henry, JD Henry, Sidney Henry, Willie Henry, Jerry Henry, and Perry Henry. A host of nieces, nephews, grandchildren, cousins, and friends. The family would like to say Thanks Courtyard Gardens.

Visitation will be, Friday January 22, 2021 3:00 -5:00pm at Carrigan Memorial Funeral Service. Funeral Service will be Saturday 12:00 January 23, 2021 Mt Canaan Baptist Church 410 Henry Bell Ave. Gurdon, AR. 71743. Burial will follow at Sweet Home in Prescott, AR. 1021 Nevada 41.
