Erika Elaine Norman was born in Crawfordsville, In on Nov. 13, l977 to Kenneth Dean and Elaine A. Cosby Norman of rural Waveland, In. Her maternal grandparents were Kenneth E. and Charlotte E. Oliver Cosby. Her paternal grandparents were Ralph Morris and Alice M. Trusler Norman.

Erika's three siblings are Christopher D., Timothy L. and Ronda L. Norman. She is also survived by nephews Caleb, Jonathon and Will Norman and Evan Watson and by nieces, Kylee Norman and Ella and Dara Watson and also, Erika's youngest niece, Cora Elaine Clos.

Erika attended Waveland Elementary and Southmont Jr-Sr High Schools, graduating with the class of l996. While at Southmont, she was on the Academic Team, was a Royal Am-
bassador, played softball, was in gymnastics, was a member of FHA four years, in the Drama Club for three years, the
Science Club, and was a member of the Spanish Club four years. She was also in the Spanish Honor Society. Erika also worked part-time at Target during high school and part of college and had many friends there.

During her years at Vincennes University, Erika studied Radio and Television and she worked as a server at Market St. Station Restaurant. She was a loyal Sister in Alpha
Theta Chi Sorority where she served as a vice-president.

Erika enjoyed music and singing and was active as a life-
long member of Browns Valley Christian Church. She treasured her high school, college and sorority friends.
She loved her family and her dog, Smokey.
