Lila J. "Nan" Davis, 79, of Mooresville, Indiana, formerly of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Saturday, January 16, 2021 at the Springs of Mooresville in Mooresville, Indiana. She was born on February 18, 1941 in Hazard, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Gilbert and Mahala (Haddix) Watts. Nan was a retired employee of the old Mother's Cookies in Louisville, Kentucky, where she worked for 22 years. She loved spending time with her family, especially her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren and was always willing to help others. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a grandson, Shawn Napier; two sisters, Nasby Watts and Lisa Ann Combs and two brothers, Garney and Hargis Watts. Survivors include a daughter, Teresa Bunning of Walhalla, South Carolina; two sons, James C. (Katherine) Napier of Lancaster, Kentucky and Joe E. Napier of Mooresville, Indiana; two sisters, Georgia Smith of Campton, Kentucky and Loretta Mann of New Albany, Indiana; three brothers, Leroy Watts of Lafayette, Indiana, Danny Ray (Mary) Watts and Herman (Rhonda) Watts all of Lexington, Indiana; eight grandchildren; three great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral Service: 1:00 pm on Wednesday, January 20, 2021 at Collins Funeral Home in Scottsburg, Indiana with Matt McGlothlin officiating. Funeral services may be viewed by the public on Collins Funeral Home's Facebook page at 1:00 pm on Wednesday. Interment will be in Barnes Community Cemetery near Nabb, Indiana.
