Edwin Diaz passed away peacefully on the evening of January 11, 2021 at the age of 58. He was a lifelong resident of Bridgeport, CT. Edwin was preceded in death by his father, Antonio D. Diaz and his brother, Antonio Diaz, Jr. Edwin is survived by his mother, Nilda Diaz, loving wife, Evelyn Diaz, and his children – Nadine, Melissa, Maybel, Stephanie, Lisa, Shelly and Corrine and his brothers, Hector and Eric Diaz, grandchildren and several cousins.
Service will be held at Funeraria Luz de Paz, 426 E. Washington Ave., Bridgeport, CT 06608 on January 18th from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. and January 19, 2021 from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. followed by the burial at Saint Michael's Cemetery in Stratford, Connecticut.
