Burial will follow at Mt Gilead Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery under the direction of Laird Funeral Home.
Visitation will be 11:00 a.m. until service time Tuesday January 12, 2021 at Mt. Gilead Primitive Baptist Church.
Mrs. Nettles was born July 24, 1934, in McComb, MS the daughter of Jasper Dayton Ratcliff, Sr. and Ruby Estelle Henderson Ratcliff.
Frances (Annette) Nettles was a beautiful woman that loved her children and grandchildren. After her beloved husband (Lamar Nettles) death at age 55 she spent many days and hours watching grandchildren play sports, eating out, shopping and watching the Atlanta Braves with her precious daughter Pamela Clark which was her best friend. She was a perfectionist. She will be dearly missed by all her family.
She is preceded in death by her parents, J.D Ratcliff, Sr. and Ruby Ratcliff; and husband Lamar Nettles.
Survivors include three daughters, Paula Falvey of Natchez; Pamela Clark of Natchez; and Penny Markos of Frankston, TX; one son Barry Nettles, and wife Kelli Nettles of Atlanta, TX; grandchildren, Stephanie Davis, and husband Johnny Davis of Natchez; James Robinson of Natchez; Kevin Falvey and wife Natalie Falvey of Olive Branch, MS; Troy Ray Buzbee and wife Wendy of Honea Path, SC; Jonathan Eaves, of Queen City, TX; Brittany Markos of Dallas, TX; Brooke Carter of Branson, MO; Brandon Nettles of Atlanta, TX; and Kayla Smith of Midland, TX; 17 great grandchildren; one great great granddaughter; brother Jasper D. Ratcliff, Jr and wife Sandra Ratcliff of LaPlace, LA; niece Felicia Cambre; and nephew Rhett Ratcliff.
Pallbearers will be James Robinson, Kevin Falvey, Drake Davis, Troy Buzbee, Jonathan Eaves, and Brandon Nettles.
