Tony first married Bertha Addison about 1905 probably in Orange County, Texas with whom he had two children: Frances Adele Burnett (1906-1977) and Bertie Burnett. In 1910, they were living in Winn County, Louisiana and he was a merchant with his own general store. By 9 January1920, he had married Blanche Louise Reed (1892-1994) and they were living in Oakdale, Allen Parish, Louisiana. Adele and Bertie were still living with them along with new daughter, Emma, who was only one month old. By 1930, they had moved to Pasadena, Los Angeles County, California where Tony was was working as a truck driver for a wholesale grocery. Daughters Adele and Bertie were with their Mother Bertha and her husband John Maxwell in Waco, Texas. Tony and Blanche were still living in Pasadena in 1940 and he was a Special Police Officer for a Detective Agency.
Burial location is based on information in a DD Form 1330, Application for a Headstone or Marker for a veteran. Tony served as Pvt in WWI.
