Charles Floyd Sharp, age 71, of Morrilton, Arkansas, passed away Wednesday, January 13, 2021. He was born November 22, 1949 in Simi Valley, California, a son of Noah Sharp and Letha Mae Morgan Sharp. Charles was the widower of Mary Lou Sharp. He was an Army Vietnam Veteran, police officer and a member of Smith Springs Freewill Baptist Church.
He is survived by his daughter, Sherry Paladino of Morrilton; brothers, David (Carol) Sharp of Morrilton and Leonard Sharp of Conway; sister, Sue Head of Forgan, Oklahoma; and grandchildren, Bailey Ellis, Alexandria Shannon, and Emily Paladino.
Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Monday, January 18, at Smith Springs Freewill Baptist Church with Bro. Kirk McConnell officiating. Burial will be at Kilgore Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service at the church.
