Mary S. Neal, 82, of Syracuse, passed away Wednesday at St. Joseph's Hospital. She was born in Gretna, Florida and resided in the Syracuse area for over 50 years. Mary was a member of New Hope Missionary Baptist Church where she taught Sunday School and was the church secretary. She was predeceased by her husband, Juster Neal; and 11 siblings. Survivors include her children, Michael (Vanessa) Deborah, Gwendolyn (Steven), Marilyn, Beverly, and Justin Duan; a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, two great great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. Calling hour: Saturday, January 16th, 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. at FARONE & SON Inc Funeral Home, 1500 Park Street. Funeral services will follow at 10 a.m. at the funeral home.
