Carolyn A Carr, 88, of Markle, died Wednesday, January 13, 2021 at Markle Health & Rehabilitation.
Carolyn was born on February 20, 1932 in Peru, IN., the daughter of Marvin Poage and Alta Poage. She graduated from Chippewa High School in Wabash, Indiana with the class of 1950 and married Paul Carr on August 10, 1984 in Mertzon, TX. She retired from Huntington Memorial Hospital after 10 years of service working in the Respiratory Therapy Department. She was a member of the Senior Center in Mertzon, TX. When she wasn't reading romance novels, she enjoyed working jigsaw puzzles, and word search puzzles.
Survivors include her Daughter, Edie (Thomas) Okuly of Huntington, IN; Son, Timothy (Renee) Kramer of Bedford, TX; Brother, Bill (Betty) Poage of Littleton, CO; 7, Grandchildren; 3, Great Grandchildren.
