Mr. James Earl Wyatt, age 85 of Lascassas, TN, formerly of Benton, KY, died on Wednesday, January 13, 2021 at St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital in Murfreesboro, TN. He was retired as owner of Southeastern Unipole and was a veteran of the US Navy. He was a member of Briensburg Church of Christ.

Born Sunday, November 24, 1935, he was the son of the late Solon Earl and Lilah Mae (Stringer) Wyatt.

Surviving are his wife of 21 years, Carol Garner Wyatt, sons, Jonathan Wyatt, wife Joanne of Benton, KY, James David Wyatt, fiancee Samantha McClure of Columbia, TN, Kevin Wyatt of Columbia, TN, daughter, Dara Botts, husband Steve of Lascassas, TN, sisters, Mickey Wyatt Tyree of Benton, KY and Doris Sue Harper of Benton, KY, 8 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.

A public graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, January 15, 2021 at Benton Cemetery with Gary Knuckles officiating.

No public visitation is scheduled.
