He was born January 21st, 1955 in Hachinohe Aomori Japan, the son of Jeanie & George Anderson. He moved to the United States at the age of 2. Johnnie graduated Widefield High School- class of 1973. Following graduation, he joined the U.S. Army in 1974 and was honorably discharged in 1977. He furthered his education at University of Colorado Springs, majoring in Accounting- Class of 1981.
Johnnie was proceeded in death by his parents, Jeanie, and George Anderson.
He is survived by his children, stepchildren, grandson, ex-wife.
Johnnie’s biggest achievement in life was being a father and grandfather. His love for his family was remarkable, he was the type of man who would do anything for anyone and enjoyed the simplicity of life. Johnnie had the ability to always see the good in everything and everyone, he could find the beauty in every situation. He always strived to be the best version of himself and never allowed anything to bring him down. He always believed in doing right by others, in every situation. It’s through his good nature and willingness to help others how he captivated the hearts of all who knew him. He will be deeply missed by everyone who had the honor of knowing him and may his memory live on through his loving children and grandson.
