Diane M. Reynolds Cook Whitesboro

Diane M. Reynolds Cook of Whitesboro; loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend, passed away on March 23, 2017 at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston MA. She was born April 11, 1953, in Utica NY, to Walter and Rita Reynolds. She married William Cook of Utica on October 18, 1980. Diane was preceded in death by her father Walter Reynolds of Oriskany.

Diane was a Registered Nurse of 45 years at St. Elizabeth's Medical Center in Utica, where she dedicated her life to taking care of others in their time of need. Even in death Diane continues to save the lives of others through the gift of organ donation. She was an avid gardener, home chef and was happiest curled up on the couch with her Golden-Doodle Chloe.

Diane is survived by her husband and her two sons, Brian and Devin Cook of Whitesboro, her grandchildren Silas and Anderson Cook of Boston MA, her mother, Rita Reynolds of Oriskany, her sisters Debbie Reynolds, Lynn Roberts and Nancy Courtney of Oriskany.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 1, 2017, from 10:00 A.M. until 12:00 P.M. at Dimbleby Friedel Williams Funeral Home, 40 Main St, Whitesboro, NY 13492. A Celebration of her Life will be held immediately following the visitation on Saturday, April 1, 2017, at 12:00 P.M. at Dimbleby Friedel Williams Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers or gifts, please contribute to the ongoing research to help find a cure for Cerebral Amyloid Angiopathy of which Diane suffered from.
