Funeral Services for George Heald of 195 Crowell Ave., Staten Island,a native of Rahway, were held yesterday at the Silvie Funeral Home, 33 Decker Ave., Port Richmond, S.I.
Burial was in the Moravian Cemetery, staten Island.
Mr. Heald, who was 80, died Tuesday at his home. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Theresa M. Heald; three daughters, Mrs. Grace Martin of Metuchen and Mrs. Helen Worden and Mrs. Evelyn Lopes of Staten Island;three sons, Howard, Chester and George A. Jr., all of Staten Island;a brother, Harry, of Elizabeth; seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

GEORGE A. HEALD, ISLANDER 50 YEARS
Geirge A. Heald died yesterday after a lengthy illness in his home at195 Crowell Ave., westerleigh. His age was 80.
Born in Rahway, New Jersey, Mr. Heald had lived on the island for more than 50 years. He was a pipefitter for Bethlehem Steel Co. until his retirement 15 years ago. He was a member of Port Richmond Lodge of Moose.
He is survived by his wife, Theresa Mary; three sons, George A. Jr., of 22 Mersereau Ave., Marriners Harbor; Chester, of 31 Carolina Pl., Westerleigh, and Howard, of 34 Forest St., Bulls Head; three daughters,Mrs. Grace Martin of Metuchen, N.J.; Mrs. Helen Worden of the home address; and Mrs. Evelyn Lopes of 27 Maine Ave., Westerleigh; a brother Harry of Elizabeth, seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
The Rev. James H. Link, pastor of Immanuel Union Church, Westerleigh,will conduct a funeral service tomorrow at 2 p.m. in the Silvie Funeral Home, 33 Decker Ave., Port Richmond. Burial will be in Morovian Cemetery,
