Debra Ann Cooper, 62 of Roanoke passed away January 5, 2021. She was preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Thelma Haley, brothers and sisters, Bobby Williams, Billy J. Haley, Frank Haley, Diane Haley and Raymond Haley. Survivors include; brothers, Wendell Haley, Carl (Jacqueline) Haley, Kenneth (Andrea) Haley, special nieces and nephews whom she loved, other relatives and friends.
