Thelma L. (Cook) Foster was the daughter of Louis Copeland Cook and Maggie Lucille (Back) Cook. She was predeceased by her parents and her sister, Harriet June (Cook) Holcomb. She was predeceased by her husband, Gerald Rush Foster. She was survived by her children and her two (2) brothers and one (1) sister. She was loved by all and remembered fondly.
