Carl Young, 76, passed away Tuesday, January 12, 2021. A Memorial service will be held 2:00 p.m. Friday, January 15, 2021 at First Baptist Church Graham. Arrangements are under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home.
Carl was born April 21, 1944 in Big Rapids, Michigan to the late Ruth Elaine (Gardner) Young and Carlton Hugh Young, Sr. He attended Faris State University in Grand Rapids, MI. Carl was a Sergeant in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam Era. He married Teddy Martin, May 30, 1980 in Graham. Carl was a member of First Baptist Church Graham where he served as Deacon and taught Sunday School for many years. Carl worked at Graham Magnetics for 28 years before retiring. After retirement he was employed at Tractor Supply for 10 years. Carl was Past Rotary Club member, Past member of Graham Hospital Board, Past President of Fort Belknap Water Supply and Fort Belknap Electric Co-Op, Past President of Graham Independent School District Board.
Survivors include; wife, Teddy Young of Graham; daughters, Allison Beth Brown of Lubbock and Cayce Pringle and husband Richard of Comanche; son, Chance Fite and wife Deidra of Olney; ten grandchildren, Hayden and Cade Hill, Rhett Hanson, Roan and Raney Pratt, Guy and Grace Edwards, Carson, Cody, and Clay Fite; one great grandchild, Max Edwards.
