He was a loving father, grandfather, and friend. He is proceeded in death by his wife Gloria, brothers: Cecil and Homer Rogers, son: Jimmy Rogers, daughter: Kim Taylor, daughter and son- in- law: Teresa and William Watts. He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law: Billy and Marian Rogers, his daughter: Ginger Rogers, and son-in- law Mark Taylor. He leaves behind a legacy of 12 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild. Bill will be deeply missed, and forever remembered by those who know him.
