Geraldine Williams was born May 8, 1951, in Massillon, Ohio to Emma Jean and James Williams. At age 69, she departed this life to be with our Lord Friday, January 1, 2021, in Columbus, Ohio.

Geraldine was employed at OSU Wexler Hospital for sixteen years.

She attended Aenon Bible College and was a licensed minister. She dedicated her life to raising her two sons and spreading the gospel. During her lifetime she attended Church of Christ and Living Faith Apostolic Church where she sung in the choir and served for a time as the Missionary President.

Geraldine was currently a faithful member of Redeemed Assembly Church. We were blessed with her beautiful singing voice and her inspirational, anointed sermons. Her deep faith and guidance was instrumental in leading her spiritual son and nephew, Pastor Wesley Moore, to the ministry. Although she is no longer with us, her faith in God and her teachings will resonate within us and those who were blessed to know her.

In addition to her ministry she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, reading the Bible, watching her favorite TV programs and challenging herself with puzzles and fill-ins by only using a pen.

Preceded in death by her father, James Williams; her brothers, John Williams and Craig Williams.

Geraldine is survived by her mother, Emma Williams; sons, Ibon (Lari) Williams and Kevin Williams; siblings Jaqueline Moore, Terrence Michael (Barbara) Williams and Vicki Williams; grandchildren, I’Aneise Williams, Victorius Williams, Cassian Williams, and Simque Carlyle; great grandchild, Cairo Burgess; nephews, Reginald Dennis (DyShaune) Moore, Rahman Williams, Wesley (Jovonni) Moore, Michael Simpson, Myron Williams and Marcus Williams; niece, Terra (Suney) Milhoan; special friends, Pastor Mamie Wilson, sister, Wilma Saunders and Joyce Richardson and a host of relatives and friends.
