James S. Metz, 70 of Jesup, Ga. died Wednesday, January 13, 2021. The Connecticut native was a former resident of Beaumont, Texas. He resided in Jesup, Ga., for the past 10 years and is a retired auto mechanic.
Survivors are a son, Stephen Metz of Jesup, Ga., and extended relatives.
Graveside funeral services will be held 2 P.M., Friday, January 15, 2021 at Old Bethel Cemetary with Rev. William Sloan officiating.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the cemetery.
The Rinehart and Sons Funeral Home of Jesup is in charge of the arrangements.
