Victor H. Moore, 76, of Olney, died at 4:25 p.m. Sunday Aril 26, 1998 at Richland Memorial Hospital.
Graveside services will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Haven Hill Cemetery with Minister Stuart Liegey officiating. Full military rites will be performed at the graveside.
There will be no visitation.
Summers-Kistler Funeral Home in Olney is in charge of arrangements.
Moore was born Feb. 14, 1922, in Fornfelt, Mo., the son of Edward Hamilton and Effie (Estes) Moore. He married Virginia K. Bolton June 21, 1941, in Warrenton, Mo. She preceded him in death Jan. 2, 1997. He was a U.S. Marine Corps WWII veteran and retired from the Immigration Service with the border patrol. He was a member of the American Legion and VFW.
He is survived by two daughters, Priscilla Robertson and her husband, John, of Olney, and Jennifer Ann Pirka, of Piscataway, N.J.; six trandchildren, Ginger Ries, Ray Robertson, Kevin Robertson, Michelle Karnavale, Suzanne Pirka and Joseph Pirka; and 10 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, two brothers and a sister.
