Greenville, Florida - Pamela Sue Andrews, age 66, passed away peacefully December 12, 2020 at her home in Greensville, FL under hospice care with her family at her side. She was born September 29, 1954 in Miami, FL. Her family owned a gas station/store in the Everglades that they worked on the weekend. Pam left home at age 16 but continued her schooling and got her high school diploma. She moved to Lake Butler in her 20's where she lived over 40 years, then moved to Lake City a few years then on to Greenville, FL the whole time getting closer to Tallahassee, FL. Pam was the owner of Lake Bloodhounds Kennels where she raised and trained bloodhounds to be placed with law enforcement to assist in finding missing people. She worked closely with the Jimmy Ryce foundation also with placing the bloodhounds where the need be. Pam also donated trained bloodhounds to families with autistic children and got many positive stories on the dogs keeping up with the child that would wonder off. It made her smile to know her bloodhounds helped so many. She never had any biological children but anyone that knew her for the past 36 years knew she had 2 wonderful step-daughters she loved.; Sheila (Larry) Hall, Jeannette (Doug) Young; 4 grandkids; and 8 great-grandkids they called her Granny Pup Pam. She is preceded in death by her father, Thomas J. Andrews, her mother, Nancy Joyce Andrews, and brother, Harold D. Andrews.
She is survived by Sheila (Larry) Hall, Jeanette (Doug) Young; sister-in-law, Theresa Penson O'Connell Andrews; brother, Jerry (Cathy) Andrews; nephew, Jason (Sarah) Andrews; wonderful friend, Holly Lofland and her family; many cousins; and many, many bloodhound friends/family too many to ever name, all over the states!
