Ethel Rosezell Ross, age 75, of Joplin, Mo., passed away on Saturday 9, 2021 at her home.

Ethel was born on July 21, 1945 in Monett, Mo., to the late Truman and Fama (Preston) Ross. She was a lifetime area resident. She worked as a tech at the Freeman Heart Institute. Ethel was a faithful member of Generations Freewill Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one nephew, Kendall Rodman. She is survived by her Brother, Don Ross of Joplin, sister, Marie Rodman and husband Bob of Gilbert, Az. One nephew Casey Thorne of Neosho, Mo., and two nieces, Danielle Lee of Quapaw, Ok, and Eileen Guilliam and husband Dana of Mesa, Az.

Funeral services have been scheduled for 10:00 a.m. Friday, January 15, 2021 at the Mason-Woodard chapel. Burial will follow at Ozark Prairie Cemetery in Mount Vernon, Mo.

Arrangements are under the care and direction of Mason-Woodard mortuary and Crematory.
